Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made within 14 days of check- in will be charged in full.

Check-In Hours
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For early or late arrivals, please make arrangements with the front desk in advance.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

Pet Policy
No pets allowed, except for certified service dogs.

Guest Capacity
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay. Contact the front desk for any changes in guest count.

In-Room Cleaning
Available on alternate days for stays of three nights or more, if requested. Please notify the front desk at check-in or call/text +1 705-635-2400 during your stay.

Children
Children must be supervised at all times when playing on motel grounds.

No Smoking or Vaping
Strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. A $200 penalty will apply if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.
