✅ Guest Information & Policies

📅 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in will not incur any charges. Cancellations made 30 to 14 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

🕒 Check-In Hours: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For early or late arrivals, please make arrangements with the front desk in advance.

🕚 Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

🛎️ Front Desk Hours: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

🚭 Non-Smoking: All of our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking in the room will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

🐾 No Pets: For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted on the property.

🛠️ Damage & Excessive Use: While we do not require a deposit at the time of booking, guests are responsible for any damage or excessive use of the room beyond normal wear and tear. A $200 charge will apply in such cases.

👨‍👩‍👧 Playground Use: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the playground.

🔇 Conduct & Noise Policy: Guests are expected to behave respectfully while on motel premises. Shouting, singing loudly, making disruptive noises, gambling, or engaging in behavior that disturbs others, offends public order, or violates common standards of decency is strictly prohibited. Guests who fail to comply may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

💧 Water Use: Our hotel’s water supply comes from a drilled well, which is regularly tested, treated, and filtered for safety. While the tap water is generally safe, guests who prefer may choose bottled water at their own discretion. Please note that management cannot be held responsible for any health concerns arising from its consumption.

🚽 Septic System: The property uses traditional septic tanks. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not dispose of wipes, sanitary products, or any other items in the toilet, as this may cause damage and costly repairs.

🔒 Valuables & Personal Items: Motel management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are kindly advised to keep valuables secured at all times.

🍳 Cooking Restrictions: The use of indoor electric, gas, or flammable stoves for cooking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.
